1. Summary

The App is an on-device cost / profit calculator. Inputs and saved schemes stay on your device. We do not operate user accounts and do not upload that content to our servers.

2. Information we collect

You provide: No registration with us is required. If you email us, we receive your address and message.

Automatic: By default, no third-party ads or cross-app tracking SDKs for analytics. Crash/diagnostics shared via Apple are processed under Apple's policies.

Permissions: The App requests no system permissions (camera, photos, location, contacts, microphone, etc.). Sharing uses the system share sheet you control.

On-device data: Cost, sales, waste, fixed-cost inputs, named schemes, and result summaries may be stored locally. This data is not uploaded to our servers.

Network: Core calculation, scheme management, and advisor tips do not require our servers. We do not upload calculation content to our backend.

3. How we use information

To provide and improve calculation and scheme features, respond to support, and comply with law.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information and do not share your schemes or calculation content except when required by law, with bound providers for limited operations (e.g., email hosting), or in a merger/acquisition with notice. No first-party cloud hosting or sync in the current version.

5. Retention

Schemes remain under your control on-device until you delete them or uninstall. Support emails are kept only as long as needed.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13.

7. Your rights

Edit or delete schemes in the App. Additional rights may apply under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, etc.—email support@ubict.com.
