FAQ

Does the app require an Internet connection?

Most core features work on-device. Some apps offer optional capabilities (such as iCloud sync) that use Apple’s network services only when you enable them. We do not require a connection to our own servers for core timing, calculation, or recording flows. See each app’s product page and Privacy Policy for details.

Does the app require login / show ads / collect data?

Our mobile apps do not require an account with UBICT by default, show no ads, and do not include third-party cross-app tracking analytics. Data usually stays on your device; when you opt in, some apps may sync via Apple iCloud under your Apple ID—not on our servers. See each app’s Privacy Policy for differences.

If system alarms stop working after you switch devices, re-authorize alarm permission on the new phone and turn alarms back on for events that need them. Archived events can be restored from Archive by turning archive off or moving the archive time to the future.

All editing features (size presets, camera/library, beauty, crop, backgrounds) are free. You can preview the finished photo for free on the Export screen (watermark on preview only). Save to Photos or Share requires export access: This Export, 24-hour pass, or Lifetime Unlock (restorable via Apple ID). All processing stays on your device—we do not upload your photos. If saving fails, check Photo Library permission and free storage.

Log feeds, diapers, and sleep on your device; set local reminders for vaccines, checkups, and supplements; multi-baby profiles and a built-in lullaby library. No account, no cloud sync, no ads—one-time unlock (restorable via Apple ID). If notifications are denied, reminders remain manageable in-app without pushes.
