This Privacy Policy applies to Fitness Calendar (the "App"), operated by Wujie Yibang (Fuzhou) Software Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us"). Website: https://www.ubict.com

We know your information matters, especially health-related information such as workouts, body weight, and menstrual cycles. This policy explains how the App handles your information.
1. Summary
- The App requires no sign-up or login and has no account system.
- Everything you record in the App is stored only on your device. The App does not upload it to our servers or anyone else's.
- The App does not connect to the internet and contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
- We cannot see, access, or obtain any data you record in the App.
2. Information processed on your device
To provide its features, the App stores the following information that you enter, in the App's data file on your device:

Workout, body weight, and period information is health-related. Period tracking is off by default and is used only if you turn it on in Settings. All of this information is processed locally on your device; we do not collect it.
3. Device permissions

All notifications are local notifications created and delivered by your device, without any server. The App does not request access to the camera, microphone, photos, location, contacts, or Health (HealthKit).
4. Backup and export
- In Settings › Backup, you can export all your data as a backup file and choose where to save it (for example, the Files app or another app). Exporting, saving, and sharing are initiated by you; we never receive this file.
- The backup file contains all the information listed in Section 2, including health-related information. Keep it safe and be careful when sending it to others. Once saved to another app or service, that provider's privacy policy applies.
- When you restore from a backup, the App reads the file you choose on your device only.
- If you use iCloud Backup or back up your iPhone to a computer, the App's data may be included in that system backup. This feature is provided by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, and we cannot access it.
5. Information we collect
- Through the App: We do not collect any personal information.
- When you contact us: If you email us, we receive your email address and message, which we use only to respond. We delete it within a reasonable period after your request is resolved.
- From Apple: Apple may provide developers with aggregated statistics such as downloads and sales, and crash reports if you have chosen to share them with app developers in iOS settings. This information does not identify you personally.
6. Sharing and disclosure
Because we do not collect your App data, we do not sell, rent, share, transfer, or publicly disclose it. In the event of a merger or acquisition, we will require the successor to continue to honor this policy.
7. Retention and deletion
- Your data stays on your device until you delete it.
- You can edit or delete any workout, weight, or period entry in the App at any time.
- Deleting the App also deletes all of its data on your device, and it cannot be recovered. Export a backup first if you want to keep it.
- We hold no copy of your data on our servers, so we cannot recover deleted data for you.
8. Your rights
Your data is fully under your control on your own device, so you can view, correct, export, and delete it directly in the App. You can manage the App's notification permission anytime in Settings › Notifications on your iPhone.
If laws where you live (such as the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, the California CCPA, or China's Personal Information Protection Law) give you additional rights, or if you have any questions about this policy, contact us as described in Section 12.
9. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 14 in mainland China). Because the App does not collect personal information, we do not collect personal information from children.
10. Health information
Period predictions and statistics in the App are for reference only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for health concerns.
11. Changes to this policy
If App changes affect how information is handled (for example, adding ads, analytics, or cloud sync), we will update this policy before releasing the new version and change the "Last updated" date above. We will notify you of material changes in the App or on its App Store page.
