1. Summary

The App is an on-device parenting journal. Baby profiles, feed / diaper / sleep logs, reminders, and preferences stay on your device. We do not operate user accounts and do not upload that content to our servers. There is no cloud sync; you can move data by exporting/importing a JSON backup yourself.

2. Information we collect

You provide: No registration with us is required. If you email us, we receive your address and message.

Purchases: Full unlock is sold through the Apple App Store. Apple processes payment; we may receive limited purchase-validation data (product ID, transaction status)—not your card number.

Automatic: By default, no third-party ads or cross-app tracking SDKs for analytics. Crash/diagnostics shared via Apple are processed under Apple's policies.

The App may store on-device: nicknames, avatars, gender, birth dates; feed, diaper, and sleep logs; reminder rules; music “dislike” marks; caregiver labels (Mom/Dad/etc.—labels only, not accounts); unlock state; and results of your backup export/import. This data is not uploaded to our servers.

Feed and sleep entries are in-app life logs only—we do not integrate with HealthKit or report to health platforms.

Network: Core logging, reminders, music, and backup do not require our servers. We do not upload parenting records to our backend. Purchases and Restore Purchases use Apple's services.

3. How we use information

To provide and improve profiles, logging, reminders, music, weekly summaries, backup, and purchase validation; respond to support; and comply with law.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information and do not share your baby profiles or logs except when required by law, with bound providers for limited operations (e.g., email hosting), through Apple as payment/distribution platform, or in a merger/acquisition with notice. No first-party cloud hosting or sync in the current version.

5. Retention

Records remain under your control on-device until you delete them or uninstall. Backup files you export are yours to keep. Support emails are kept only as long as needed. Lifetime unlock can be restored via Apple after reinstall.

6. Children

The App is intended for parents/caregivers of infants—not as a product directed at children under 13 as primary users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe we received such data in error.

7. Your rights

Manage Camera, Photos, and Notifications in Settings → Privacy & Security. Edit or delete logs in the App. If notifications are denied, reminders remain manageable in-app without pushes. Additional rights may apply under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, etc.—email support@ubict.com.

8. Security & changes

Protect your device and be careful when sharing exported backups. We may update this policy; the date above will change on this page.
