Stall Cost & Profit Analyzer — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern Stall Cost & Profit Analyzer (the "App") provided by Wujie Yibang (Fuzhou) Software Technology Co., Ltd. ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The App provides offline cost/profit calculations on iPhone: suggested price from target break-even units, target margin, or target profit; break-even and estimated profit; waste rate and fixed-cost amortization; named schemes with side-by-side compare; advisor tips; templates and plain-text sharing. Features vary by version.

Results are for personal reference only and do not constitute investment, business, or financial advice. Real stall outcomes depend on location, weather, traffic, and more.

No account with us is required. Data stays on-device; there is no cloud sync. No ads. No special system permissions.

2. License

We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for lawful personal use. You may not misuse the App, reverse engineer it where prohibited, or remove legal notices.

3. Your content and conduct

You are solely responsible for the parameters you enter and decisions you make from results. We do not host or review your schemes. Models cannot cover every real-world factor.

4. Data and devices

You manage on-device data. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for scheme loss from OS updates, storage limits, device issues, or uninstall. Major upgrades may not auto-migrate older local history formats—re-save schemes as needed.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App (if any) or the minimum required by law.
