1. Summary

The App is a local ID photo maker. Photos you shoot or pick, beauty edits, crops, and background changes are processed on your device; exports are saved to your Photos library when you choose. We do not operate user accounts and do not upload your photos to our servers.

2. Information we collect

You provide: No registration with us is required. If you email us, we receive your address and message.

Purchases: Export unlocks are sold through the Apple App Store. Apple processes payment; we may receive limited purchase-validation data (product ID, transaction status)—not your card number.

Automatic: By default, no third-party ads or cross-app tracking SDKs for analytics. Crash/diagnostics shared via Apple are processed under Apple's policies.

Image data is processed on your device. After saving to Photos, files are governed by iOS and your iCloud/backup settings.

The App may store on-device export entitlement state (single export / 24-hour pass / lifetime unlock) and pass expiry to decide whether save/share without watermark is allowed. This data is not uploaded to our servers.

On-device third-party component: Live and library beauty use the open-source GPUPixel library (Apache License 2.0). It runs locally and does not send photos to GPUPixel’s project or our servers.

Network: Core editing does not require our servers. We do not upload photos to our backend. Purchases and Restore Purchases use Apple's services.

3. How we use information

To provide and improve ID photo creation, beauty, crop, backgrounds, export, and purchase validation; respond to support; and comply with law.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information and do not share your photo content except when required by law, with bound providers for limited operations (e.g., email hosting), through Apple as payment/distribution platform, or in a merger/acquisition with notice. No photo upload services in the current version.

5. Retention

Photos remain on your device until you delete them. On-device purchase state may be lost if you uninstall or clear data (lifetime unlock can be restored via Apple). Support emails are kept only as long as needed.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13.

7. Your rights

Manage Camera and Photos permissions in Settings → Privacy & Security. Additional rights may apply under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, etc.—email support@ubict.com.

8. Security & changes

Protect your device and be careful when sharing ID photos from Photos. We may update this policy; the date above will change on this page.
