These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern Habit Points: Kids Rewards (the "App") provided by Wujie Yibang (Fuzhou) Software Technology Co., Ltd. ("we"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

The App helps parents track their children's daily habits on iPhone and reward them with points: add or deduct points for habits, view records on a calendar, redeem points for rewards, spin a reward wheel, unlock super rewards, customize the habit library, choose between two point scales, switch between multiple kids, pick color themes, schedule a daily local reminder, and export / restore backup files. Features vary by version.

No account with us is required. Data stays on-device; there is no cloud sync.

Suggested habits, point values, and reward rules are for reference only and do not constitute educational or psychological advice. Parents should set them based on their child's age and family situation.

2. Points and the reward wheel

Points in the App can only be earned by the parent logging habits. They cannot be purchased, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for real money.

The reward wheel and super rewards are family reward features. Prizes and odds are set by the parent, and the parent alone is responsible for honoring rewards. The App does not involve gambling with real money in any form.

3. License

We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for lawful personal use on devices you own or control. You may not misuse the App, reverse engineer it where prohibited, or remove legal notices.

4. Your content

You are solely responsible for the content you enter, including child profiles, habit records, and reward settings. We do not host or review your content. Reminders depend on device clock, time zone, notification permission, and power settings. If notifications are denied, logging still works without reminders.

5. Data and devices

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss caused by OS updates, revoked permissions, storage limits, device issues, deleting the App, or backups you fail to keep. Export backups regularly.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App or the minimum required by law.

7. Changes and contact

You may stop using and delete the App at any time. We may update the App and these Terms; continued use means you accept the updates.

Governing law: laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes: courts with jurisdiction in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, China.
