These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern GeoStamp: Timestamp Camera (the "App") provided by Wujie Yibang (Fuzhou) Software Technology Co., Ltd. ("we"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

The App is an iOS camera that stamps the time, weekday, address and GPS coordinates on your photos, with work log / clock-in / travel / minimal templates, dual-camera capture, 2–9 photo collages, and adjustable watermark position, size and background. Features may vary by version and device.

The App is free—no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or ads. No account with us is required. Photos are saved only in your device's Photos library; there is no cloud sync or team sharing.

Addresses require an internet connection and Apple's location services; offline, only coordinates are shown. Accuracy depends on your device, signal and surroundings, and we do not guarantee that addresses or coordinates are accurate. On devices that can't use both cameras at once, the back photo is taken first, then the front, and they're combined.

2. Nature of watermarks

Place names, project names, personal names and other watermark text can be entered or edited by the user. Photos produced by the App are not tamper-proof, are not official attendance records, and do not replace any employer's attendance or approval system. Whether a photo is accepted as proof of work, attendance or anything else is decided by the relevant organization; we make no guarantee.

3. Acceptable use

Record honestly. You may not use the App to:

• Falsify times, places or check-ins for fraud or false attendance;
• Photograph where it is not permitted, or capture or share others' likeness or private information without consent;
• Break any law or infringe others' rights.

You are solely responsible for your photos, the watermark content you enter, and how you use them.

4. License

We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control for lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer it where prohibited, remove legal notices, or interfere with its operation.

5. Permissions and devices

You manage iOS Camera, Location and Photos permissions; denying them may disable some features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for unsaved photos, missing addresses or corrupted files caused by OS updates, revoked permissions, storage limits, device issues, or Apple service outages.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its trademarks, interface, watermark designs, code and documentation belong to us or our licensors. Your photos and the content you enter belong to you.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or punitive damages. As the App is free, our total liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

8. Changes and contact
