These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern Fitness Calendar (the "App") provided by Wujie Yibang (Fuzhou) Software Technology Co., Ltd. ("we"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

The App helps you check in workouts on a calendar (streaks, weekly goal), log 8 workout types plus your own, record reps and weight for every strength set, reuse your last workout, view weekly / monthly stats and exercise progress, track body weight, optionally track periods with reminders, schedule local check-in and weigh-in reminders, and export / restore backup files. Features vary by version.

The App is not a medical device. Calories, statistics, and period predictions are for personal reference only and do not constitute medical, nutrition, or training advice. Consider your own health before exercising and consult a doctor or coach if in doubt.

No account with us is required. Data stays on-device; there is no cloud sync.

2. License

We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for lawful personal use on devices you own or control. You may not misuse the App, reverse engineer it where prohibited, or remove legal notices.

3. Your content

You are solely responsible for the records you create. We do not host or review your content. Reminders depend on device clock, time zone, notification permission, and power settings. If notifications are denied, logging still works without reminders.

4. Exercise safety

Exercise carries a risk of injury. Train within your limits and choose intensity and weights appropriate for you. You assume the risk of any training you do while using the App or relying on its data.

5. Data and devices

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss caused by OS updates, revoked permissions, storage limits, device issues, deleting the App, or backups you fail to keep. Export backups regularly.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App or the minimum required by law.

7. Changes and contact

You may stop using and delete the App at any time. We may update the App and these Terms; continued use means you accept the updates.

Governing law: laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes: courts with jurisdiction in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, China.
