Baby Feed & Care Log — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern Baby Feed & Care Log (the "App") provided by Wujie Yibang (Fuzhou) Software Technology Co., Ltd. ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The App helps you manage baby profiles (name, avatar, gender, birth date; multi-baby switching), log feeds (formula ml / breast minutes), diapers, and sleep, view home summaries and stats, set local reminders (vaccine / checkup / supplements / custom), play a built-in lullaby library, see a weekly summary, and export/import JSON backups. Features vary by device and iOS version.

The App is not a medical device. Logs and reminders are for personal life management only and do not constitute medical advice. Follow your clinician for vaccines and health decisions.

No account with us is required. Data stays on-device; there is no cloud sync. Full unlock is a one-time purchase (paid app or non-consumable IAP, as sold on the App Store)—no subscription, no ads. Restore purchases after reinstall via the App or your Apple ID.

2. License

We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for lawful personal use. You may not misuse the App, reverse engineer it where prohibited, or remove legal notices.

3. Your content and conduct

You are solely responsible for the records and reminders you create. We do not host or review your content. Reminders depend on device clock, time zone, notification permission, and power settings. If notifications are denied, reminders remain manageable in-app without pushes.

4. Permissions, purchases, and disclaimers

You manage iOS Camera, Photos, Notifications, and background audio permissions, and purchases through the App Store. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss caused by OS updates, revoked permissions, storage limits, device issues, or backups you fail to keep. Export backups regularly.

Built-in music tracks are for in-App playback only and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially separately.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages.

5. Limitation of liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App or the minimum required by law.
