1. Summary

The App is a local video recorder. Recordings stay on your device and, when you save, in your system Photos library. We do not operate user accounts and do not upload your recordings to our servers.

2. Information we collect

You provide: No registration is required. If you email us, we receive your address and message.

Automatic: By default, no third-party ads or cross-app tracking SDKs for analytics. Crash/diagnostics shared via Apple are processed under Apple's policies; we may receive anonymized diagnostics only if you opt in at the system level.

Data is processed on your device. After saving to Photos, files are governed by iOS and your iCloud/backup settings.

3. How we use information

To provide and improve recording and screen-dim features, respond to support, and comply with law.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information and do not share your recordings except when required by law, with bound service providers for limited operations (e.g., email hosting), or in a merger/acquisition with notice—no video upload services in the current version.

5. Retention

Recordings remain on your device until you delete them. Support emails are kept only as long as needed.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13.

7. Your rights

Manage permissions in Settings → Privacy & Security. Additional rights may apply under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, etc.—email support@ubict.com.

Protect your device and be careful when sharing videos from Photos. We may update this policy; the date above will change on this page.
